momentum. This initiative advocates for providing alternative
options for maternity care and moving healthy low risk pregnancy
and birth out of the hospital environment.
Mission
The mission of EWBC is to provide personalized health and
maternity care to all women based on the Midwifery Model
of Care in a home-like setting.

Model of Care is:
Monitoring the physical, psychological and social
well being of the mother throughout the childbearing
cycle
Providing the mother with individualized education,
counseling, and prenatal care, continuous hands-on
assistance during labor and delivery and post
partum support
Minimizing technological interventions
Identifying and referring women who require
obstetrical intervention
